Martin brings over 15 years experience as an optician in the Houston area to Northwest Eye Optical. He enjoys working with people and his vast experience allows him to offer our patients the best possible vision recommendations and patient care. He was born and raised in the Houston area and is happily married. He and his wife, Lucy, have two sons--Daniel and Martin--and together they enjoy movies, sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.

No you should never adjust your own glasses. Leave it to the eye care professionals, you might just void your warranty.

Unfortunately our warranties do not cover lost glasses; however, we can always offer you an awesome deal to get another one.

What do I do?
You say your dog ate your glasses!!! It's time to get a fun second pair he or she will not chew. Unfortunately most vendors do not warranty abuse of puppy damage.
What do I do if a screw falls out of my glasses?
Leave the adjustments and repairs to the eye care professionals. Most manufacturers use special type of screws that might need special attention.
